It was such a big traditional Sichuan lunch, I kind of lost count but I think there were more than 20 dishes in the meal! However, out of all these extravagant dishes I had, what caught my eyes were these little humble cake buns. It is made on a flat iron grill by putting on the dough with leaving a tail layer to create a thin crisps on one end.
